Planning Studio
Our planning work includes community comprehensive and specific-area plans, economic development, historic preservation, revitalizing main streets and downtowns, planning infill villages, preserving rural areas, and connecting it all with mass transportation. We work on specific zoning solutions or public funding mechanisms to encourage affordable housing, preserve open space, and create mixed-use zones. We also assist gateway communities to deal with the social and environmental issues that come from second homeowners and tourism.
