Jonathan Rose Companies provided planning consultant services
as a member of a team that assisted the Port of Seattle in planning the
redevelopment of its central waterfront. Our work began with advising
the Port Authority on which waterfront properties to purchase, centered
on master planning, property development for appropriate mixed-use,
defining economic terms of disposition, and leading the planning
through a design and approval process. The Seattle central waterfront
has since been completely developed in accordance with the plan.
